Motivated by her passion for design and connecting people, Joanna embarked on a boutique eco-chic hotel venture in Tulum, Mexico. She conceived and designed Una Vida Tulum, an award-winning luxury hotel known for its local artisan-sourced décor. After the success of Una Vida, their sister property Bardo Tulum opened next door. The two conjoined properties create an exceptional immersive experience unparalleled by any other hotel in Tulum

 

Today, with her entrepreneurial spirit and expertise, Joanna leads Evens East breathing new life into investment properties, providing interior design and consulting services for hotel and rental properties. Additionally, Joanna is an advocate for empowerment, particularly inspiring and mentoring aspiring female entrepreneurs.
